How do I top up my wallet?
Go to My Wallet → choose Card or PayPal → select an amount and click Continue. Funds are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
Why are my diamonds not showing up?
Diamonds are credited after your USD wallet top-up is confirmed. If you topped up via PayPal, the credit happens after capture completes — this can take up to 60 seconds. Try refreshing your dashboard. If the issue persists after 5 minutes, contact us.
How do I request a payout as a creator?
Open Creator Dashboard → Earnings & Payouts → enter an amount → click Request Payout. Payouts require a minimum balance and are processed within 1–3 business days.
A payment was charged but my balance didn't update
Stripe payments require a webhook confirmation — if your server was restarting at the time of payment, the webhook may have been missed. Submit a billing ticket with your payment reference number and we'll manually credit your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Dashboard → Subscriptions → find the subscription and click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
My Go Live button isn't working
Make sure you're logged into a creator account. Go Live requires Cloudflare Stream credentials configured by the admin (CLOUDFLARE_STREAM_* environment variables). If you're the admin, check the server .env file.
I want a refund
Submit a billing ticket with your transaction ID (visible in My Wallet → Transactions). We handle refund requests within 2 business days per our refund policy.
