The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Lovezii and will result in immediate account termination and authority reporting:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexual conduct involving a minor, including images, video, live streams, or generated media
- Child grooming — any communication, gift-giving, or behaviour designed to establish trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Sexual solicitation of minors — requesting, encouraging, or facilitating sexual acts involving anyone under 18
- Sharing, linking, or distributing CSAM — including links to external sites hosting such material
- Sexualised content involving minors — including drawn, animated, AI-generated, or written content that sexualises children
- Trafficking-facilitation content — any content used to recruit, exploit, or traffic minors
- Age misrepresentation by streamers or users — creating an account or profile misrepresenting age to access adult content areas
No exceptions apply. These prohibitions are absolute and apply to all users regardless of account status, subscription level, or stated purpose. Artistic, educational, or research framing does not exempt content from this policy.
Lovezii is an adults-only platform. All users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, access content, stream live video, or participate in any feature of the platform.
Verification at Registration
Every user must confirm they are 18+ during account creation. The sign-up flow includes:
- Date of birth collection and age gate — users under 18 cannot proceed
- Terms of Service acknowledgement which explicitly states the 18+ requirement
- Email verification to confirm account ownership
Creator / Streamer Verification (KYC)
All users who wish to go live, receive gifts, or withdraw earnings must complete identity verification (KYC) through our verification provider. This process requires:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence)
- Date of birth verification confirming the individual is 18+
- Liveness check (selfie match) to confirm the document belongs to the person submitting it
Unverified users may browse but cannot stream, receive gifts, or access monetisation features.
Underage User Discovery
If we discover or are informed that a user is under 18, we will:
Lovezii uses a combination of automated technology and human review to detect CSAM and prohibited content before or immediately after it appears on the platform.
Hash-Based CSAM Detection
All user-uploaded images and video thumbnails are scanned against the NCMEC PhotoDNA hash database of known CSAM. Any match triggers an immediate block of the upload and an automatic report to NCMEC. This scanning occurs before content becomes visible to any user.
Live Stream Monitoring
Live streams are subject to real-time automated scanning and reactive human moderation. Moderators may review flagged live streams within minutes of a report being filed. Streams that cannot be reviewed immediately may be temporarily paused pending review.
Keyword & Behaviour Detection
Chat messages and user-generated text are scanned for known grooming patterns, CSAM solicitation language, and prohibited keywords. Accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns of contact with multiple users are flagged for manual review.
User Reports (Primary Signal)
User-submitted reports are treated as high-priority signals. Reports flagged as "Child safety concern" are escalated immediately to our dedicated safety team and reviewed within 24 hours, ahead of all other report types.
False negatives: No detection system is perfect. We actively work to improve detection accuracy and welcome responsible disclosure of gaps to ceo@lovezii.com.
Lovezii provides multiple in-app mechanisms for users to report child safety concerns without leaving the platform. These are available to all users, including those who are not logged in.

Direct Email Reporting
Users may also report child safety concerns directly to our designated safety contact at ceo@lovezii.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report". Include as much detail as possible: username, profile link, time/date of incident, and screenshots if available. All reports are treated confidentially.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (call 911 in the US) before filing a platform report. You may also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at 1-800-843-5678. For incidents outside the US, you may report directly to INHOPE, the international hotline network operating in 45+ countries.
| Report Type | Initial Review | Action | Authority Report |
|---|---|---|---|
| Confirmed CSAM (upload) | Immediate (automated) | Content blocked before publish; account suspended | Within 24h to NCMEC |
| Child safety report (live stream) | Within 1 hour | Stream may be paused; reviewed by safety team | If confirmed, within 24h |
| Child safety report (user/profile) | Within 24 hours | Profile reviewed; account suspended if confirmed | If confirmed, within 24h |

Evidence Preservation
When a child safety report is received, relevant content, account metadata, IP addresses, and communications are preserved securely and not deleted — even if the account is deleted by the user — for a period of 90 days or as required by applicable law for law enforcement purposes.
Reporter Notification
Users who submit reports will receive a confirmation that their report was received. Where permitted by law and platform policy, reporters receive a follow-up notification that action was taken, without disclosing details of the investigation.
Appeals
Accounts suspended for child safety violations are not eligible for appeal. Permanent bans in this category are final.
INHOPE — International Reporting Network
For users and incidents outside the United States, Lovezii works with the INHOPE network — a global association of internet hotlines operating in over 45 countries. INHOPE hotlines receive reports of online child sexual abuse and route them to the appropriate national authorities and law enforcement in the user's jurisdiction.
If the reported content or user is based outside the US, our team will route confirmed CSAM reports to the appropriate INHOPE member hotline for the relevant country. You can also report directly to INHOPE at any time.
NCMEC CyberTipline (United States)
Lovezii is registered with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as an Electronic Service Provider. In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, we report any apparent violation involving child sexual exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline within 24 hours of confirmation. Reports include all relevant content and metadata as required by law.

International Reporting
For users and incidents outside the United States, Lovezii cooperates with relevant national authorities and reporting bodies, including:
- United Kingdom: Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
- European Union: Relevant national law enforcement and Europol's European Cybercrime Centre (EC3)
- Canada: Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca)
- Australia: Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE)
- Jamaica & Caribbean: Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA), and regional INTERPOL contacts
- All other regions: We cooperate with law enforcement globally upon receipt of a valid legal request
Law Enforcement Requests
Lovezii responds to valid legal process from law enforcement, including subpoenas, court orders, and emergency disclosure requests. Emergency requests relating to imminent danger to a child are processed on a priority basis. Law enforcement may submit requests to ceo@lovezii.com.
We never tip off suspects. When we receive a law enforcement request, we do not notify the subject of the investigation unless legally required to do so.
Lovezii maintains active moderation capabilities to enforce our community standards and child safety policy. Our moderation infrastructure includes:
Automated Systems
- PhotoDNA hash-matching on all media uploads
- Keyword and pattern detection in text, chat, and usernames
- Behavioural anomaly detection (e.g. rapid messaging of minors, unsolicited image-sending patterns)
- Automated account suspension for confirmed CSAM with zero human approval required
Human Moderation
- Child safety reports reviewed by a designated team member within 24 hours
- Live stream monitoring capability for flagged streams
- Manual review queue for accounts flagged by automated systems
- Escalation pathway for reports requiring legal counsel or authority notification
Moderator Welfare
Team members who review reported content involving potential child exploitation have access to support resources and are not required to view graphic content beyond what is necessary to confirm a violation. Graphic CSAM is reported to NCMEC without extensive internal review; the NCMEC CyberTipline is equipped to handle such material.
Platform Rules Enforcement
Users who violate child safety rules face the following consequences with no possibility of appeal:
- Immediate content removal
- Permanent account ban (device-level where technically possible)
- Forfeiture of any account balance or earnings
- Report to NCMEC and/or relevant authorities
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigation
Lovezii has a designated point of contact who is responsible for child safety compliance, CSAM prevention practices, and authority communication. This person is available to speak with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and Google Play representatives regarding our child safety programme.
For child safety enquiries, law enforcement requests, or CSAE policy questions, contact the address above with the subject line "Child Safety" or "Law Enforcement Request". Emergency requests will be prioritised. Response target: within 24 hours for child safety matters.
For users: To report a child safety concern in-app, use the Report button on any stream, profile, or message. You do not need to contact the above email to file a report — in-app reports are faster and go directly to the moderation queue.
Lovezii is committed to compliance with all applicable child safety laws across the jurisdictions where our users reside. Our practices are designed to meet or exceed the following legal frameworks:
