• You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services.
• You affirm you have not been convicted of a felony involving violence or sexual misconduct and are not required to register as a sex offender.
• You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

• You are responsible for your account, credentials, and any activity on it. Keep your password secure.
• Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.

Your Content

You own the content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, perform, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Others' Content

Content belongs to its creator. Do not copy, sell, or exploit others' content without permission.

Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them with no obligation to compensate you.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Impersonation or misrepresenting identity, age, or intent.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or other abuse.
• Illegal content; non-consensual content; minors (or "young-looking" depictions); sexual exploitation; revenge porn.
• Unsafe sharing of personal contact info; coercion to move off-platform.
• Malware, scraping, spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
• Use for escorting, sex work, or direct sexual transactions.
• Reverse-engineering, interfering with, or overloading the Services.

We may remove content or suspend accounts to enforce these rules. Report issues via support.ceo@lovezii.com.

• Do not stream prohibited or unsafe content.
• Streams may be recorded or scanned (automated or manual) for trust and safety purposes.
• We reserve the right to terminate a stream or revoke streaming access at any time for safety or compliance reasons.
• Creators are responsible for ensuring all participants in their streams have consented to being recorded and broadcast.

• Virtual currency ("Diamonds" or similar) has no cash value and cannot be redeemed except through creator payouts under our program rules.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in your account settings.

Participation in creator, affiliate, and advertiser programs is subject to additional program-specific terms. We reserve the right to adjust revenue share rates, minimum thresholds, and eligibility criteria with notice. Payouts are subject to identity verification and tax compliance requirements.

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services (payment processors, social logins, streaming infrastructure). We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

We use automated tools and human review to moderate content. Actions we may take include content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination. We will try to explain enforcement actions where practical, but are not obligated to do so for safety reasons.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services you agree to our data practices as described there.

All platform IP — name, logo, design, code — belongs to Lovezii. To report copyright infringement under the DMCA, contact legal@lovezii.com with the required information. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We'll try to provide reasonable advance notice for significant changes. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruption.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovezii and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovezii, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis — no class actions. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for IP or confidentiality violations.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. You may stop at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate your access immediately for violations. Sections on content ownership, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
